Zakarian Italian Salami Assortment

Our Italian Salami is made in old world style in partnership with Battistoni Italian Specialty Meats. We have four varieties available: Italian Salami, Hot Italian Salami, Hard Salami, and Sopresetta Salami.

Battistoni brand Italian meats are prepared using the finest ingredients available. They use the same authentic Italian recipes first brought to America by founder Umberto Battistoni in 1931.

Our Four Varieties:

Italian Salami

Salami dry cured in the Italian tradition with wine and garlic. 

Hot Italian Salami

Robustly flavored salami made in the Calabrian tradition with visual red pepper for heat. The Calabria Region of Italy is known for bold flavors.

Hard Salami

Flavorful, smoky pork and beef European style salami dry cured for a pleasant, firm texture.

Soppressata

Rustic, coarsely ground salami with wine and peppercorns encased in a customary netting giving a floral shaped enhancement for slicing.
