Chef Geoffrey Zakarian has teamed up with Coperaco Coffee to create a special line of gourmet coffees for his restaurants and to drink at home. Composed of 100% Arabica beans carefully selected from Central and South America's premier farms, our blends are slow roasted at low temperatures producing a full body and smooth round taste that is bright and bursting with flavor. As a true hand crafted artisanal blend, the coffee is produced in small batches and always freshly roasted for exceptional flavor and character. Ground fresh for your brewing process from espresso to french press, or available in whole beans.

Not just a decaf for the sake of making a decaf. This espresso is so good it doesn't need any caffeine. Great late at night or all day long. Its medium dark roast reveals the multiple facets of this smooth, well-balanced and mellow-bodied coffee.
